Are we trading violence for sex?

It seems like if you watch TV you can watch someone's head get blown off in graphic detail but you can't see a boob lest you damage the children for life. Is this OK?

I think both are wrong and are two extremes. Killing is bad, and protraying women as objects on tv is wrong.
