And what if he doesn't sign? Will you divorce him? PostNuptuial means AFTER the wedding. You'd be shutting the barn door after the horses have bolted.

In order for a Pre Nup to be valid, both parties must be represented by their own attorney and, the attorney must sign off stating that he/she fully explained the content of the Pre Nup and its ramifications to the client.
Sorry, you cannot DIY.

If you don't trust someone not to divorce you, you shouldn't marry them.
I know what pre and post nups are, and I know they are designed for self protection, and in todays world, you can never be too careful....
But......
If you agonize over something happening to you.....you may inadvertently cause it's happening....
Try to trust your husband....
