I have Look for it thur out the hole tank for the last 3 days. It's no where to be found. The other 1 is doing great and looks and seems very happy

They could eat most of it after it died from something. As small as otos are, you could expect them to eat most all of it in just a few hours.

Otos have a way of disappearing anyway. I've had tanks with several, where I was just sure they'd all died, only to one day see them all out and about. And yes, they're so small that when they do die, they can become part of the substrate very quickly, and/or be devoured by other fish and snails.

Otos tend to be very fragile, particularly in newer tanks. So expect high mortality. But I sure love those little guys. They're fun to watch when they're schooling. You might think about upping your group to about 4-5.

No, none of those fish could have killed it. Check your filter and see if it might have gottend sucked up it. Also, it might just be hiding in a spot you would not have thought to look. You may be seing 2 fish, but only one at a time.

No, the fish you have listed aren't aggressive or would eat the fish. I would still look for it.
