Normally, several times a day, but this week I have had a raging case of PMS and have been rather busy taking good hard looks at the idiots I'm surrounded by. I still didn't like what I saw and felt hopeless to change it

Not that long ago and when I take a good hard look at myself it's the inside I am looking at not the outside which is a good thing cause the me on the inside is beautiful soooo unlike the me on the outside who could really use some work. Ha,Ha,Ha...

i look at myself in the mirror everyday, but to take a good look at yourself takes more than a glance. it is to see the person within and the person you are externally.
i had a huge fight the other day with a family member who has accused me of trying to destroy the family. this put alot into perspective for me because i had to decide who i am and who i portray myself to be to others.
so, i took a good look at myself within this past weekend and outside yesterday, i learned that my within is still beautiful - and as real as it can be, and my exterior needs some work, so i am working on it.

A few minutes ago at the bathroom mirror. I washed my face and the paper towel I used to dry it off left little white thingies all over my nose!

I've been doing just that over the past few weeks. I don't have much time for anything else and I've been beating myself up a lot. I'll be alright eventually.

I do everyday to see if i really did ok my the standards that i try to teach my sons and sometimes i don't like the choices i made so i have to rectify them and make it better. Its hard to see your own faults,and a challenge to better them.
