Yeh ram is pretty easy, just open up your case, click and fit you done.

Just make sure you have the right number of pins on the ram your getting, right bus speed etc. And your motherboard supports it, which it should now a days.

Should all be on the RAM currently in your PC,
if in doubt take it along to PC world or somewhere like that and they can advise you.

But buy it on-line loads cheaper!

Do a google search for crucial technology. They have a scanner which will tell you what you need, how much it will cost etc. I am the original computer Muppet and I managed to do it myself! The hardest part for me was holding the screwdriver to take the back off my laptop ( I have a dodgy hand), but if I can do it anyone can, honest.

To add ram you need to add a chip to the motherboard. This will increase the ram.

You just buy a ram card however much you want. You just put it in and restart and your computer will recognize it. It should come with instructions, if not look it up on a search and print them out first.

First you have to make sure you have the right type of memory for your machine. Then it has to be installed correctly. There is not driver or anything required to install memory. It is automatically recognized by your machine.

moor = more
tale = tell

RAM does not have drivers or CDs. It is memory chips on a small PCB (printed circuit board) that you place in a free memory slot on your mother board.
