Leave it alone. I suffered with anorexia and ate only while I was preggers and the minute my son was born, I quit eating again. Went from 180 to 142 in six weeks, and wracked my body up terribly. The spine and back muscles aren't made to deal with that. You will lose that water in the next 3 months, naturally and slowly. Do not take pills, do not diet, and do not stop eating. No home remedy can replace time.

The best way to get rid of excess water is by drinking more water. Sounds weird I know, but it's true.

The best way to flush water is to drink more water as counterproductive as that sounds. Try putting lemon in it. Good luck!
