I have just graduated from a ,well, not so prestigious University with a Bachelors Degree in business management. Can I still get my MBA(Masters degree) from a prestigious University such as the University of Toronto or even Harvard with a bachelors degree from a “crappy” university? Can I go get my MBA in the states If I live in Canada? Please help

In the states degrees are only honored by every university IF the university (and the department from which your degree was received) is accredited. Additionally there are a few colleges who do not accept foreign students, however these are so few and far between you should be just fine. Keep in mind tuition for out-of-state and foreign students is substantially higher, so apply everywhere and weigh the benefits of each university that you are accepted to before deciding. I hope you find a place that suits you, and never fear if you hate a college you go to most credits transfer anywhere you go!

particular, you could as long because of the fact the college the place you gained your Bachelors degree is approved. The graduate faculties of the right universities in "the states" are crammed with scholars from a brilliant form of colleges, prestigious or not..... The college you attended does not rely..... what does rely is your GPA (must be intense) your GMAT score (stable), super extracurricular activities, innovations, journey, and the different factors taken under consideration for the period of the appliance technique...

Get a good internship or job with a company that a lot of people go to Harvard or Chicago or Wharton from, and do an outstanding job.

Then you can go to MBA school with stellar 'real world' experience as well as your undergraduate degree.

Colleges are only as prestigious as their alumni. Work on making yourself as successful as you can so that you can raise the reputation of your alma mater.

I don't think that there is such a thing as a "crappy" university. College is what you make it. You can go to an ivy league school, never study, and do poorly. Likewise, you can go to a state school and work very hard toward your future.

I think that your performance in school outweighs which school you went to. And how can you call your own university "crappy"?

your eligible for the course at any college however its just getting accepted, where degrees from 'better' schools look better, the place you got it doesn't effect what you learned
