Yes... I had a psychologist tell me that. She kept insisting that "yes, I can tell you're bottling up a lot of anger."
"No, actually, I'm not."
"Well, I think you are, and I think it's time you release it."
"Ok, but I do not have any anger bottled up inside. Some people are really passive. I'm one of them."
"Yes, but you are doing more harm than good by keeping it bottled up."
"Oh, okay."
Blah blah blah. I never went back.

Happened to me Monday. Told me to release my unforgiveness. (Which I did many long years ago) And with no info on me whatsoever!! Isn't that too typical?? Ha!! If you are relaxed, Babe, do Not release the relaxation!! (idiots)

Yes except I tend to keep all my anger bottled up. I'm like an erupting volcano.

I don't want to release that I fight against myself because I've always been afraid of releasing that cause it's alot and could do a lot of damage

I pretty much gave up being annoyed by people when I realized that I was just projecting my own neuroses on them. How can I be annoyed at myself? Well, strike that!

hey i'm a firm believer that happiness and love can come from punching someone in the nose. i dont have hate and anger when i do that. ironic huh?

yes, they probably just have angry inside of them and can't let go of it so they have to tell others that.
