A good plumber that does not make a mess is highly sought after in this city. If you want an Idea of what a real independent plumber can make I suggest this little research idea... Call all the property management companies in the part of Los Angeles where you want to settle. See what they are willing to pay. The plumber that they hire and rehire will not have much down time. That man will have plenty of work. Then do the math.
