violence/blood/gore cuz it encourages bad behavior and thing that'll have a negative outcome. and if their child is very young, i think violence and blood would scare them and leave them more traumatized than sex and nudity.

As in movies - they tend to get a LOT more upset by nudity rather than violence...
Even a tiny bit of partial nudity will get a game an instant "M"ature rating, while others where you hack off limbs, spill buckets of blood, etc. can still sometimes sneak by with just a "T"een!
This is nothing new - they have been censoring sexual and/or religious themes in games for decades now...
The best (classic) example is Final Fantasy 3/6 - they had to omit even the slightest hints of nudity (the esper Siren had her tiny pixelated @ss showing in Japan), and renaming spells to avoid offending religious groups (How offensive would a spell named "Holy" really be? "Pearl" just sounds stupid in comparasin).
Just to see how silly these decisions are - check out the before and after pics attached below...

I would say Sex/Nudity. My first game with either of this stuff was James Bond Agent Under Fire and that had the 1st one the 2nd and a little of the third. I am sorry i can't answer the later on questions because i do not play those kind of games i only play racing and the Bond series of games.

I think it depends on the parents and the age of the child. Violence/blood/gore may be too intense for some people, while sex/nudity is the facts of life. but i wouldn't want my kids learning the "birds and the Bees" from video games either. I think Resident Evil may be the poorer choice, but its not my call.

It depends on who is playing the game.
If you're talking about a 10-year-old, then I'm probably going to say sex/nudity because I don't want a child that age interacting with a virtual version of Hustler.
No matter the age, the violence isn't good.

i think blood/gore because its depicted in video games more often than sexual content, and because your always hearing aobut a kid seeing someone get killed in a videogame and then they try to reenact what they saw in the game and end up hurting someone.

I would have to say that nudity and/or sexual themes would be more offensive and inappropriate.
