Do all you conservative stubborn Republicans still support Bush. With his approval ratings down to 26%, lower than Jimmy Carter ever got, making him the least popular president since Richard Nixon during the Watergate scandal. With 19 more months left in office, it is likely that Bush will continue to drop, perhaps under 20% if we are lucky.
With these ratings, it looks unlikely that Americans will be tempted to elect another Republican candidate in 2008, as the Bush administration is completely trashing their party. Do you Republicans still think Bush is doing a fine job running the country?

Only the lemmings. They lack the ability for critical analysis. They can't distinguish the pablum Bush spews from facts.
Aside to Jackie. You mean Bush's immigration plan? You mean the plan Bush vetoed to bring the troops home?

We conservatives have 2 secret weapons: a million. Bush develop into no longer extremely lots of a conservative on many subject concerns. a real conservative does not choose amnesty for unlawful immigration, high priced new entitlements like senior drug coverage, and booming kin spending. Our adult males can run as Regan type Republicans returned. 2. The Democrats have a tendency to appoint extremely crappy applicants. bear in techniques Gore and Kerry? Plus, each and every of the frontrunners, different than Obama have Iraq putting around their necks too, as they voted for and supported it.

I think it will be a tough argument to say that Bush is representative of the Republican party anymore. And his defection from pretty much any socially conservative stance as pertains to immigration, education, and winning a war will allow real conservatives a good oppurtunity to distance themselves from this failed president. I voted for Bush, and would do so again faced with the same options...but I am sorely disappointed in him. Nevertheless, I doubt any president will ever replace Carter as the utter pariah he was and still is. Much of our Middle East troubles are seeds that Jimmy Carter planted.

I think the ones who do just have too much pride to admit they were wrong. For some reason people are so strangely aggressive over their choice of party (I say I dont' give two sh*ts who you belong to). But some people need to feel like they're a part of something.

Truman had crappy numbers too in his second term. Didn't stop him from being well thought of by history.
Bush and Truman share many traits. I expect Bush to be looked on kindly by historians.
And yes, I still support Bush. The man ain't perfect and does somethings I don't like, but he's done a great job fighting terrorism and making the economy grow.

Normally I would jump and say YES!!! However... this whole amnesty thing really upsets me... I'm not usually a one-issue person... but this is a *big* issue.
Oh, and BTW... Congress is down to 14% approval rating.

No. Do you still support the democratic party who are pushing this illegal immigration through and not bringing our troops home? Vote out all incumbents until we get a government that will work for legal Americans.
