Yes you can... in 4 years.
Many would not risk losing their job trying to sell a rated M game to a 13-year old boy.

No, I worked at a video game store and unless they were 18+ they couldnt buy it without the parent coming into the store with them. I do believe its the law

Technically, you should not be able to. /However/, many places do not train their employees properly on this, or they/the employees do not care. So, if you try to buy it at enough places, one of them will probably let you do it. If you were going to try it, I would recommend showing up alone, dressing well, and acting as adult as possible. As far as I know, you can't get in trouble for trying.

No you haft to be 17 years old or older to play a game that's rated M for MATURE.

nope, you can't buy it, a 13 year old isnt mature so, a adult have to buy it for you if you need it badly or you need to know the store people really well.

Maybe if they looked older then there age but most of the time you will get carded if your under 17.

Only if either a) The retailer is either stupid or extremely lax and forgets to check ID, or b) an adult is with them.

nope gotta be 18. but when i was a minor i used to just ask someone in the store to buy it for me, and i give them the money

i dont think so but i dk. i mean last time i wanted to buy an r movie and i was 14 and they wouldnt let me. but i dont know if its different for video games cause i always tell my friend to buy them for me. but maybe you can
