Nowadays,I rarely make phone calls. On the rare occasion that I do,I have a "land line" in my house. I have a cheap cell phone,but I can count on one hand the number of times I've used it. A long time ago,pay phones were my life-line. When I was running for my life up and down this country,pay phones were the only way to secretly keep in contact with the only person here who knew who I really was.It was on a pay phone that I learned that I was the most wanted person in the galaxy and on a pay phone that I learned that I was exonerated. I don't really need them anymore,but I'll miss them when they're gone.

actually, i never have. i used to live in a really small town with no payphones anywhere and then i moved here and got a cell. =-)

i don't even remember. i don't think i've EVER used a payphone before. i've always used a house phone or a cell phone.

A couple of weeks ago. I don't need a cell phone (I wonder how many people really do), and 50 cents is cheaper than any plan I know of.
