I think that's her target, so is Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and Britney Spears who are the worst of the Worst in Hollywood besides Lindsey Lohan.
Furthermore I like her and this song but it could be Better she should titled it LOSERS.

Personally, I CANNOT stand the maxed out version of Hillary Duff or her! She has no voice and can't sing nor act! Try looking at people that don't cause all that useless drama in Hollywood! It's bettter to listen to someone who can sing!

it is about Lindsey. she very subtley stated that in an interview a while back. however the two have now resolved their issues.
