I dont know the whole Paris Hilton story.

But if it's something she did, that anyone else would go to jail for, then she deserves it.

CELEBRITIES ARE NOT ABOVE AVERAGE PEOPLE.

I don't think she should be above the law. However, people who supposedly know have said that her sentence was for many more days than anyone else has gotten for the same offense. If this is true then that is not fair at all.

If the judge thinks that Paris is too famous and wants to make an example of her, then he is wrong; this has given her more publicity than she had before.

Well yeah, considering she didn't take some less horrible choices such as doing community service or going to alcohol awareness classes ( I would've chose one of those two instead of violating my probation and going to jail) at least that's what I would had done but that's just me.

And consider if she wasn't Paris, she would've gotten months or a couple of years in prison instead of just days.

Compared to other celebs she has a harsh sentence, but compared to Americans as a whole, she has a light sentence.

If the law courts determine that she should go to jail then she deserves to go to jail, whover she is.

Anyway.. she should be setting a positive example so she should be dealt with accordingly.

yes she does! the only reason this is even a question is she' s rich and famous. the law is the law. believe you me if i did the same things she did i'd DEFINATELY be in jail and nobody would be running aroung saying how wrong it was for me to be there.
