I NEVER game on my machine so thats not an issue, but i do watch lots of movies and do a lot with photos on my computer so a good graphics card will help me do what i want to do.
Is the nVidia Geforce 7300LE or ATI Radeon X1300 Pro a better card for me?

1300 Pro is better. Not really a big performance gain, but it doesn't borrow from your system RAM like the 7300LE does, this leaves all of your system RAM to do system tasks, where it belongs. By the way, 4GB is absolute overkill right now, go for 2GB now and upgrade later, will save you money in the long run.

Compare benchmarks at tomshardware.com.

I'd say whichever one is cheaper would suit your purpose.
