They are not listed on the better business bureau. http://www.bbb.org

I would not let them talk you into any sort of transfer fees. Are they in mtgs? No mtg company should EVER ask for that kind of fee.

Unfortunately, the Internet is overrun with scam artists offering people loans. You should assume that anyone offering you a loan is a scam artist until proven otherwise. Remember that real lenders never ask for an advance fee. Any fees they require are added to the loan amount, you never pay for them upfront. If you pay a "transfer" fee upfront, they will take your money and run. Never give personal information to someone who may be an identity thief.

call the better business bureau & ask them.... they are in the phone book. It isnt smart to borrow from someone you know nothing about! If they arent a scam, they may charge outrageous interest fees, and if they are a scam, you probably gave them enough info to steal your identity!

ANY lender requesting ANY fee that they won't finance into the loan is a scam. Any lender that can't hand you a check is suspicious.

I have never heard of them... do some research on them before you put out any money! Sounds a bit "fishy" wanting transfer fees and all.
