What is a quick and easy way to lose weight quickly but not have to spend money or go on extreme diets? I am going to camp in a few weeks and I don't want to look really fat.

Hi Boo,

I think weight loss is the easiest thing if you follow relible diet regimen and if you have the mind to lose weight.

Congrats for your decision to look better and to take life in your hands.

Now about weight loss. You have to do 2 things:

I like this diet plan because it is healthy and balanced, you eat only goods foods and don't experience any cravings.

2) Start to workout every day. Here is a page with free downloads of workout videos that you can use at your home and only thing you need is dummbbells (most of the videos you don't need any equipment) http://www.women-workout-routines.com/free-workout-routines.html

Now about quick - it is possible to lose 1-2 pounds per week but only if you eat good and exercises regularly - this is the only winning combination.

Now about easy - ones you have the proper motivation it could be easy, but if you think "I don't want to workout, why I have to limit myself to these foods.." - it will be hard.

So, everything is in your hands and mind :)

Weight loss is neither quick nor easy. It takes time, patience and willpower. If you lose weight too quickly, you can wreck your metabolism forever.

Don't starve yourself, but stop eating when you're full. Don't stuff yourself beyond satiety. Stay active. Drink a lot of water. And make good food choices. Pick a piece of fruit over a slice of pie. Eat grilled chicken instead of fried. Whole grains instead of processed starch.

And while that won't shed 10lbs overnight, it makes a big difference in the long run.

The last and best tip of all is to ss smartly. There are a lot of stupid fashion trends in the juniors section that look good on nobody, and look even worse on people whose bodies simply aren't the type for it. Find things that flatter YOU.

Hi Boo!

I will be honest with you on this one - I hope You don't mind ; )))
When I read your question the alarm bells went off a bit - I'll explain why.

When any of my potential students answers my question "Why do You want to lose weight?" and they answer something along the lines of "I want to fit into this prom dress" or "I need to look good at my sisters wedding" in 5 weeks I generally don't take them on as a coach.

However - if their answer is something like "I need to take charge of my life and body" or "I'm tired of not feeling that I can change" then I know thatthey are excellent candidates for successful anything!

Losing weight should not be Your goal !!! (OK - I'm sticking my neck out here - I admit that)

Your goal should be to take charge of Your life and empower yourself to make positive change.

If that is firmly in Your mind You have started to develop a mindset for success and the weight loss will follow as a result of You taking action.

This is really the secret to successful weight loss (or successfull anything)

If you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment Use those equipment while reading and listening songs
