In a perfect world, I wouldn't want my partner to be shorter than I am so I would want them to be 6 feet or taller (I am 5'9"). But since this is not a perfect world, I am now married to someone who is only 5'2". I am uncomfortable sometimes, but I guess that is just the way love works.

I don't consider a persons height a requirement for anything. Anyone who does is limiting there experiences in life. I have friends that are tall, short, fat, slim and just regular. Why would anyone care about the height of a person. The size of a man has nothing to do with the heart of a man.

Honestly, personality counts a helluva lot more than physical appearance, but like I've said before, physical appearance is still very important to me. I'd PREFER a guy in my height range (between 5'6"-5'10", since I'm 5'9"), but guys that don't fit in that range are great too. My whole thing is, short guys are cute, and tall guys are pleasant, but there are extremes. 4'8" is about my limit for shorter guys, and 6'5" is my limit for taller guys. Not that I have anything against guys that are outside of those limits, it's just that... idk, it just seems to me that height would constantly be an issue. I don't want a guy I have to squat down to kiss, and I don't want a guy that completely towers over me. If I've fallen in love with them, then height would never be an issue, but if I'm just dating them, that'd be just too much to deal with. Luckily, most people are within those ranges, so no worries. I hope I answered your question sufficiently! Loves,

Personally, I like the guys a little on the tall side. 6' and up to 6'-3" But, it depends on how the guy is built, some men aren't supposed to be very tall. The body should fit the height.

I think short guys are terribly cute. But I think I would draw the line at 5'... less would feel too much of a difference.

Somebody is thumbing down people that are 5'4, LOL.

It depends on the person sometimes. I consider anyone shorter than 5'7" short. I like tall guys. But I know I would never date anyone under my height, but I'm 5'4" so it won't be hard.

I want a man cos I'm gay. I'm 5ft 7" so the guy whom I date should either be a two or three inches taller or shorter. It's as simple a preference as that. What's your height that all your measurements are under 5ft 5"?

I'm about 5'5", I'd say generally a girl wants a guy either taller or about the same height.

Personally I think any guy under 6' is too short, but I prefer tall guys. 5'9" is probably the shortest I would accept for dating.

I like them to be taller than me. Anything under 5' 8" is too short for me.
