I am learning Reverie by Debussy. How do you do the tricky left hand fingering in measures 19 to 29?

My piano teacher is in the hospital so I cant really ask her. I have been playing for about 4 years and I seem to have a talent for romantic music but I cant play baroque at all. Help.
