i assume your talking about paris hilton...but regarding all the celebs, no, they should be treated exactly the same!!! take the paris hilton case...when someone(not famous) gets a dui, they go to court and sometime go straight to jail, or, like paris was, they are put on probation...paris abused that privelidge, and deserves her jail time...but the problem is, shes not even at a real jail...she's at a woman's detention center!!!! if i got a dui and then went against my probation, they would throw my a s s in jail!!!! anyway, to answer your question...no special treatment!!!

Certainly not. But neither should they be sentenced to a sentence that is overboard. Just because they have celebrity, fame and money though they should be given the same types of sentences as people without these attributes.

no, because they should be treated appropriately by the crime they have committed. i was always told don't do the the crime if you can't do the time!
