How do i really catch a latias? in pokemon sapphire and emerald?

Ive read many ways but i dont wana waste my time trying each one so can someone tell how they caught theirs please! And is it possible to get a deoxys or jirachi in sapphire or emerald without trading or using a eon ticket whatever that is???

To be clear there are only two to get Deoxys
1) Go to a live Nintendo Event with a Wireless Adapter.
2) Buy a Action Replay or a Gameshark and use that.

There is only one way to get Jirachi. The problem with finding Jarachi is that, well, he lives in space and without a spaceship, you're out of luck. So, it's time to grab a spaceship and get your butt into orbit. Head to Mossdeep City, the one with Gym 7, it has a space center with all kinds of rockets. Find the dude in the white coat who's staring out a window and go chat with him to find out which rocket is launching. When rocket #100 is headed into space, you can hop on board and head skyward.

Once you're in space, take a few to enjoy the view - snap some pics if you brought a camera. Then get ready to have your butt handed to you by a tiny little star-shaped Pokemon. That's Jarachi and, even though he's small, he's powerful! Your best bet is to use a Timerball or Masterball to catch him.

I haven't beaten the elite four yet on my game but I would recommend reading gamefaqs
No possible way to obtain jirachi or deoxys w/o trading. The only way is by cheating.

In Sapphire, Latias is catchable.
In Ruby, Latios is catchable.
In Emerald, one of your choosing is catchable.

In Emerald, after beating the Elite Four for the first time you will see a TV
broadcast mentioning a colored dragon, but the color will not come through
right. When your mom asks you the color you can choose RED or BLUE.
-If you choose RED, Latias will be in the wild.
-If you choose BLUE, Latios will be in the wild.

The Lati will only appear after you have beaten the Elite Four in any version.

Catching your Lati is very similar to catching your gerbil. I highly recommend
using the Master Ball here.
