You take a pregnancy test and it comes out positive. That's the only way to truly know... Other then that you'd just be guessing.
Very Best Wishes!

LOL. I didn't know I was pregnant, but everyone around me did. Not sure how they figured it out. I was sick a lot (aka, had "morning sickness") and didn't know what the sickness was. I let it go for a while and then went and got a double pack of pregnancy tests from CVS.
I took one and came back positive, took my second one the next day in the evening and then went to the doctor that next Monday. All 3 tests came back positive and here I am, 6 months pregnant. It's different for every woman as to finding out how she is pregnant. Just take a pregnancy test and if that comes back negative, go to the doctor and they can do a blood test to see if you're pregnant for sure or not. Good luck.

I didn't know that I was even pregnant. I had been working on losing weight with Weight Watchers and was down 18 pounds. Then I noticed that my breasts were sore and I was tired and sleeping alot and I felt nauseated all the time. I talked to my nutritionist and we agree that it was hormones and I began taking some vitamins to help, but it didn't get better, so I just started ruling stuff out, first thing was a pregnancy test and it was positive right away. Then I find out at my first ultrasound a few days later I was 8 weeks 5 days!

So that's how I found out.

just taking a pregnancy test anytime will not help you, you have to wait until your expected period, THEN take the test if your period does not come. The ept test is supposed to work 5 days before your period is supposed to start, but they are more reliable closer to your expected period. I hope this helps and good luck!

First true sign is a missing period, but all those things you feel every month when AF is due...those are the exact same feelings you will get...headaches, bloating, sore breasts {more nipple though}...but missing your cycle is the very best sign
