I am trying to find out how he is doing and where he is now. I miss his concerts and all the fun people I met going to them.

David Kersh, a former garbage man, played clubs in Texas and got discovered, letting two albums go in 1986 and 1988 to good success, then had to stop singing because of the physical strain on his vocals. He posed for Playgirl (not naked, but shirtless) in 1999. In 2005, Kersh announced his retirement, stating he was fed up with the music industry's ways.

He also does an excellent version of "Wonderful Tonight" - I think it's even better than Clapton's version.
