According to "What to Expect When You're Expecting" one of the factors that can make a woman more suceptible to ectopic pregnancy is a previous ectopic pregnancy. So if you've been having "sharp crampy pain with tenderness, usually in the lower abdomen..." "brown vaginal spotting or light bleeding.." or any of the symptoms you had the last time, get yourself seen asap!!! So unfortunately your risk is higher, but you are able to have a non-ectopic pregnancy, the implantation must be inside the uterus, which unfortunately you can't do anything about. Good luck, hopefully you'll have a wonderful pregnancy and a normal implantation!!!

Yes having one etopic pregnancy makes you have a higher risk for additional etopic pregnancies. You need to make sure the doctor is aware of your previous etopic pregnancy. That makes you a "high risk pregnancy" they will take a lot closer look at you and your baby. Good luck - I have seen one of my friends go through an etopic pregnancy I would not wish that on anyone. I hope things work out this time for you.

a woman who has had one eptopic has a slighly higher than normal risk of having another. But i wouldn't worry much. Call your dr to get an appt asap, so you can get some reassurance that its all going ewell. Good luck!!

Get to an OB asap. They will probably order and emergency ultra sound to ensure your pregnancy isnt ectopic.

Have you figured out what causing this?
If you are having unprotected sex,you can be pregnant. Yes, once you have an ectopic, they can be more often.
Try having safe sex and let your body heal.
