I have just finished my junior year of HS and have always had major interest in Pharmacy. I have talked to a few people about and from SunyBuffalo about the Pharmacy program as well as done my own research. I am also interning at a pharmacy next year. I take the time to study up on extra biology, chemistry and biochemistry and love to get any information about the curriculum of the Pharm D. program. I know I sound a bit eager but its all in my interest. So I'm just looking for any current, enrolling, or graduating Pharm D. students that have any information about classes, campus, workload, rotations, interning, anything at all. Thanks so much!

Pharmacy is a great career! You will have lots of interesting choices and make a very good living.

I think you should check the websites of some different pharm schools and see which ones have six year programs. Most schools require you to do work in college and then apply for admission to the College of Pharmacy, but there are still a few schools that admit you to the College of Pharmacy when you first apply to the university. That takes a huge amount of weight off your shoulders.

You can find links to all the accredited pharm schools in the USA at the Association of American Colleges of Pharmacy AACP -- check it out.

Good luck!
