No, they cannot "be" perceived as cute. They are excusable when English is not your native language, but I have seen college graduates make some of the common mistakes.

No it is not cute that Mexicans, Middle Eastern, Chinese, or Indian people can write and read (NOTE: I didn't say pronounce) English better than we can. That is BTW (By The Way) you know ROFLMFAO (Rolling On Floor Laughing My Fat A$$ Off) funny.

Not cute, necessarily, but it's tolerated in a lot of areas. No one gets things 100% correct all the time.

Most people won't assume you speak more than one language, they'll just assume you're dumb and didn't proofread. I have that problem too, but English is my first language.

human beings say "like" to describe each and every thing-thoughts, techniques and issues. yet my greatest peeve is that all human beings, alongside with spell verify, will use the apostrophe incorrectly. that's meant for use after the "s" in plural possessive nouns, including in "The childs' toy" no longer "the new child's toy" . Phew! thank you for letting me get that off my chest!

If they're done on purpose, I hate them. If it's just a mistake, then I can easily forgive.
