What do you think about Pastor phelps being on british tv again spouting is hate. Or even USA TV. Personally I find him disgusting but would like to know what you all think.

Nasty guy and group of followers, who show no intelligence in being able to contextualise any of the bible in any sense - to them it all must be true and true only in the way that they want to interpret it, whatever distress and harm to others that they may cause by their acts.
Tonight's show wasn't particularly good, with alot of shouting between Keith Allen and the members of the church. Ok, it may not be easy to have intelligent discussion with them, with their 'God hates F*gs' message, constantly spouted. There's no reference to many Old Testament passages being targeted at specific peoples, but this may be lost on them too.
I guess someone with expert knowledge of the bible, with an open mind, would be needed to have a wiser discussion with them, rather than a non-believer.
Otherwise, my heart goes out to the many families and friends whose grieving is disrupted by this bigoted group. Guess they should leave America, if they hate it so much - as long as they don't come to the UK! Extremely vile people.

Honestly, I think he will be burned in hell for what he's doing. I'm sorry but I read the wikipedia link one answerer gave and was surprised by his views. Jesus had dinner with gays, tax collectors, etc. Where does his hatred come from? JESUS IS NOT A HATER! Where do these people come from with their fanatic views and stuff? He's just like the pharisees who condemned Jesus. I'm sorry but I just had to answer because that is not Christian right there. Uh-uh. tsk-tsk-tsk. You can't judge people when you're a Christian. I think the guy is pure evil but in a way maybe it's a good thing for him to keep talking because the more he talks the more people will realize that he is talking rubbish & they might turn against him.
