I'm 37 weeks and have had this pain for about 8 weeks now. I don't think it means anything other than the baby is pushing on your pelvic bone and as it tries to move into position it hurts.

Yes, baby is getting ready to come to this world & see mommy for the first time ... maybe he will come before than expected so just relax and walk walk walk it will help you for delivery... Just don't be scared I have 3 kids & the 3 have come before expected the oldest 4 weeks, the middle one only one day & my little baby 2 weeks before all with good health thank God ... so good luck & best wishes :)

You may be dropping already. This could put pressure on you "down there". At you next appointment let you doctor know and they can check to see if you have started dilating yet.

the baby has likely dropped, and the head is putting pressure on a pelvic nerve. It will liekly bother you on and off until delivery, sorry to say!
