Hello,
I am currently an Earth and Space Science Student but I take my class virtual as in over the computer.
And if one site does not open for me I can't complete the assignment that = bad.

Right now I am learning about different telescopes and the resource site they have given me won't open for me on my computer.
http://adc.gsfc.nasa.gov/mw/mmw_telescope.html

So I need help, I need either a new resource site (That would be the best because I need to learn this) or answers.

The resource site must cover these questions

Explain why some telescopes that collect electromagnetic radiation in the shorter wavelengths, such as ultraviolet or gamma rays, need to be placed either in dry areas or outside the atmosphere?

Explain the two problems that we have with using optical telescopes from inside the atmosphere.

Electromagnetic radiation travels in waves. Waves have energy. What is the relationship between the wavelength of electromagnetic radiation and the energy of the wave?

Thanks!

I searced NASA.gov and confirmed you have the correct link, but it's not responding right now. Maybe it's down temporarily. In the mean time, search the net for "'millimeter wave' telescope".

Email/call/talk to your prof and tell him/her its not working for you. I am sure they will work something out. That happened to me a few times in my online classes. Professors understand crap happens with comps.
