Please stop now before you don't have a choice anymore. I understand the temptation - I've even thought about it myself but I just know that's not a road I want to go down.
I can't diet either. I'll start for a few days and then find myself slipping. I'm just not good at it. Rather than denying myself completely, I've started making healthier substitutions (example: If I want a donut, I have a piece of whole grain toast with some fruit preserves. It still satisfies my craving for something sweet and bread-y but with much less fat and sugar) and I've increased my activity level to make up for the fact that I'm not super good at cutting calories. And sometimes (not too often!) I just have the darn donut.
Figure out a diet and exercise program that you can live with that will keep you healthy and don't worry about what society tells you makes a woman beautiful. Caving into that pressure and resorting to the desperate measures you are resorting to will lead to a lifetime of shame, fear and health issues that you simply do not want to deal with.

Well if you are purging yourself from food, meaning with; Vomiting, Laxatives, or through exercise, Then it is starting to develop into Bulimia. I suggest you not do that because believe it or not, Bulimia can sometimes cause weight gain. How you ask? Well, You keep binging on bad food everyday and purging and it just becomes a bad cycle. Your body doesn't get rid of everything. Bulimia is very addicting. Your teeth will rot, your face will look like a chipmunk. You can easily die from a heart attack. I heard about a few girls who have died from a heart attack for being bulimic for a few short months. I suggest you try to do it the healthy way. If you feel temted, get a small portion of what you want. it'll get rid of it. Don't be so strict or else you'll give in fully or drive yourself crazy. Just eat right. Don't do any fad diets. All you gotta do is eat right and exercise right. Trust me, you don't want bulimia. It'll make everything 20 times harder. If you feel like you can't stop, then get some help. Get a therapist. Take care hun.

Hon, by all means, I won't judge you. I've had problems with bulimia in the past, so I know what you are going through. Yes, it's addictive -- and it's a dangerous addiction, as most addictions can be.
There are safer ways of losing weight. Stop the purging, talk to your doctor, get a diet/exercise plan that is right for you.

dude I'm 5'3''... and i weigh 182.
that's only 8 pounds lighter than you
though I'm totally shorter than you.
think about the pressure I'm under
to lose weight!...
but try your best to yourself some
help, go to a doctor that can help
you with this eating disorder...
and i think i remember from health
class that it really messes up your
throat and stomach. please stop
or get help. i don't know if it's addicting,
but i have a few suggestions.
if you have cravings
ask yourself WHY you want that piece
of chocolate or whatever it is... you'll find
that you don't have a legit reason! and
let me tell you... eating a fruit salad and
eating mixed veggies is pretty good.
and you have to realize that even though
it SEEMS like you gain weight faster than
you lose it; it actually takes about the same
amount of time. it just seems like it's faster
to gain weight because you're too busy
enjoying the junk food that you eat... so all
you have to do is enjoy the healthy food you're
eating! grab a blender and mix up some
fruit shakes... there's recipe's online and see
if you can find this place near you:
www.jambajuice.com
also just little changes can go a long way...
eating smaller proportions... recooking things
rather than throwing them in the microwave
[microwave takes out 90% of the nutrients],
and having less cheese on that pizza,
having less butter on popcorn or
not drinking that soda.

Hello
first of all, no one thinks you are bad, but you have to think of the consequences of what you are doing to your body. ask yourself, is this normal? and the answer is NO.
therefore stick to a diffrent plan, you are only 20 and you should be enjyoing your life. if you want to lose weight then make a promise that you will lose weight and stick to your promise, just be patient, do not ever be weak infront of the food you love. buy yourself an exercising machine, and use it daily for 30 mins. plan a written diet of fruits, and vegetable and protien. also drink herbal teas like green tea, 2 cups a day. you have to bare in mind that you will not lose weight within a night, IT WILL TAKE AT LEAST TWO MONTHS FOR YOU TO SEE THE RESULTS. the more overwieght you are the harder it is to lose weight and the more you are required to work hard. so stick to it and be patient and you will definilatly see the good results.
good luck

The best way to lose weight is to start slowly. Slowly start cutting your food portions in half and drink lots of water. Also, start walking for 20 minutes everyday.
Stop making yourself throw up- it's affecting your heart and can cause you to have a stroke or heart attack at an early age.
Lose weight the right way and set a goal for yourself. Good luck (and again, stop throwing up)!!!!

To be honest you should stop immediately. Being bulemic can become additive after seeing results. Instead try exercising about 30 minutes a day and eating 1500 calories a day. Make sure you're burning more calories than you eat.

Yes, that is addictive and can seriouslly hurt your teeth and digestive system. STOP NOW. If you can't stop - talk to someone about it. People die like this ---and they start out just like you. I am not judgeing you - jsut giving you facts.
Let me ask you a question - if you started working out - wouldn't you feel proud of yourself and feel bad ***?!! You can do it!
Diets suck. Go exercise. Go dancing - that is always what worked for me.
