squeaky, I mean meet them IN PERSON. Have you ever made a DATE with an person with no name?? I am talking about a DATE a first DATE, not a "I went to the bar and I met someone". Again, I did say DATE. What about THAT is unclear? (roll eyes)

1. How old are you?

2. What do you do for work? What's your job/career?

3. Have you always lived in this town/city? Or did you move here after high school/college/for a job.

4. What types of music/movies do you like?

5. What is your favorite vacation you've ever went on? What did you like about it?

*Most importantly: make eye contact the entire time and be sincere, even if you don't think the date is going well.

1. What do you like to do for fun (as in hobbies)?

2. Who(m) do you look up to as role models?

3. Are you currently in a relationship or going out with anyone else?

4. What's your idea of a fun evening (without sex)?

5. Where do you expect to be in your life five years from now?

Note these are very open questions with no judgment involved. You will show yourself to be a good conversationalist with discussions like these.

On a first date? Geez, try relaxing for a change. If you have a good time, and you click well, there will be plenty of time to get to know the other person.

1: Name and Age
2: Sexual Orientation
3: Occupation
4: Do you live with your a)Mother, b)Wife, c)Girlfriend, d)Boyfriend.... etc. (make sure they are SINGLE)
5: Activities for Fun

*edit*
BTW dont be rude. Many first meetings turn into first dates AND since you DID say "when you first meet," asking their NAME is something you should do. Phffft!

1: Are you married or in a relationship with someone
2: What's your name
3: What's your sexuality
4: What's your political affiliation
5: What's your personal religious beliefs...if you have any

(Ok, the "what's your name is a free-be" but if any of the other four don't match up...it's a deal breaker)

well, if we are out on a date then I have already estblished your marital status. So, Id want to know what kind of things you enjoy, places you like to go, things you like to do etc.., I'd ask what kind of music you like, where you'd like to go on vacation, what you do for fun, about your family, and lastly what are you looking for in life?
