You can do IVF. They take the eggs and sperm and put it back into your uterus.

You can have a microsurgeon review your chart to determine the success of a tubal reversal. Contrary to some posters, there is a very high success rate if there is enough tube length. The pregnancy rate is about 75% mostly due to age. The alternative is IVF treatment. The cost of a reversal is $3000-8000, depending on the method, region of the country, and your specific clinic.

Number 1, I can't imagine why people come to a board such as this where ppl are looking for advice to be plain out rude! (sorry...had to get that out of my system! lol)

I think that you should see a good ob/gyn. I'm sure that they can discuss the different options with you. I'm pretty sure that there is a reversal.

FYI: my mom had it her tubes tied and burnt 33 years ago....I was born two years later!

GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

Your best option is going to be to have your eggs harvested or get a donor egg and have them "seeded" into your uterus. If you've had the tube tied AND burned reversals aren't usually successful and if you DO get pregnant, the risk of it ending in a tubal pregnancy are greater.

You can get pregnant by doing in-vitro fertilization, which is expensive. The process is that you take fertility drugs which make you produce (hopefully) lots of eggs and then they are retrieved surgicaly and fertilized with sperm and then the embryo or embryos are implanted in your uterus and hope they attatch.

you can try a reversal, which is expensive and has a high faiure rate, you can try IVF, which is very expensive, very invasive and has a high failure rate, or you can adopt, which is also expensive. Or you can enjoy the kids you have now.
