I want to make a slideshow of all of my pictures on my computer with some of my songs in the background. Is there a special program I need to do that? If so, what are they called? (I'm sure there's more than one program to use.)

There are different programs you can use. If you have Microsoft Powerpoint, you can use that to make simple slideshow without having to spend a penny. But if you want to purchase a specialized slideshow program that provides many different special effects and features, including adding in video clips, photodex pro show gold is the best program out now. It's fairly easy to use.
