Sometimes the best thing to do is just wait patiently. Either the answer will show itself, someone will show up to help you get unstuck, or whatever you thought you were stuck in will turn out to be nothing.

Put it in Reverse. You came and got stuck in Drive (going Forward). If that doesn't quite work, or only slightly, "rock it" back & forth between Drive & Reverse until you are extricated -- hey it could save you the price of calling a tow truck coming to get you out!
If you meant that are mentally "stuck" on a task, a similar method may also work here, backup so you basically start from the beginning and then fill in the blanks as you go back to complete the task at hand.

When in doubt ask for help I guess. Then again there are some instances in which I don't want to be unstuck.

i take a couple deep breaths, say a prayer, and take a step back to gain some perspective. one day at a time is best and see where your heart leads you. don't be afraid to ask for help from those you trust along the way. :)
