Hi La da da, your best option is to run the burnt area under cool water for approximately 10 minutes to stop the burning. Do not use ice or very cold water since they can potentially cause further the damage to the skin. If you are applying a bandage to the wound, make sure it is loose otherwise it will stick to the burn, become painful and possibly cause infection. Vitamins C, E and zinc will help with the healing process, but only in recommended amounts. Aloe Vera have healing properties as well.

Then after a couple of minutes get 2 washcloths, dip them in cool water and place them on the area that burns. save fresh the cool water to assist sooth away the burns until they're extra advantageous. If this does not artwork in a pair of hours seek for medical help.

I'm not sure if this will help at all but It's worth a try. So maybe get some burn gel and rub all over your hands. Or maybe call a doctors and ask them what you should use. Some doctor's offices will tell you.

The juice of the Jalapeno probably sanked down in your pores. I would say do what you would do if you had eaten a Jalapeno. Soak your fingers in milk.

You should rub them with some oil-based cream. Capsicine, the compund which causes the irritation, is fat-soluble. So oil / cream should remove it. Then you can treat it as any normal burn.

Put them in flour. It will remove the sting. Cold water will only aggravate the condition but if you add flour to it, it will help.
