Actually it was Julio Franco. He lied about his birth certificate and was actually over 40 when he hit for the cycle. He used the same doctor as Danny Almonte.

Dave Winfield. He did it in 1991, at the age of 39 years, 264 days - that's about a month older than Cy Williams, who had the previous mark.
