Any of the above, besides handsome anyways...
But really, unique, or gorgeous would be better for me....
Things like "sexxi", "fine", "hott" just don't really do it for be, and cute is to common place. I'd settle for beautiful.

Cute is too diminutive.
Beautiful is too intimidating.
So handsome is my preferential word.
