I dont understand why guys get the end of the Penis Pierce...do they have sex with it on? does it hurt?

As a woman, I find piercings in general pretty disgusting, but genital piercings are way beyond gross. It would be a relationship breaker for me. I would barf if I even looked at it.

Yeah, it is suppose to make sex fel better. The same theory as oral with someone that has their tongue pierced.

Yes I leave my piercing in. It wasn't as painful as you would think, and women love it once they experience it.
