This is my 19 week ultrasound pic.
The tech said girl but wasn't positive because he couldn't get around the front to see. What do you think?

I would guess a boy because a girl sonogram picture would show three white lines at the 'area' - not the lumpy mass that you see on your sonogram.

You really can't tell in this pic. When it is a girl you should see 3 little lines. (female parts) It could be either one. Look around for 3-D ultrasounds near you, it costs around $50 to $200 depending on the package you choose, but they give you a video of your ultrasound and can tell you whether its a boy or girl. It is easier to tell in the 3-D. Good Luck!!!

I don't know for sure because I have a boy, but my first instinct was that it looks like a boy. Doesn't a girl have 3 visible lines on the ultrasound? Maybe a mom with a girl can tell you better. But that looks like a little package to me. Look for one of those ultrasound places that you can go to on your own for gender verification. Good luck!

I would say girl. A good friend once told me that in an us a girl anatomy looks like a taco and a boy looks like a turtle. And you know what? She was right. I have 2 girls and a boy and that to me looks more like a taco! However, you know these things aren't 100% so maybe hold off buying too much girlie stuff until your next us. Congrats on your lil' one.

I think 5 times is enough to post this. The tech said they think it's a girl but unsure. You aren't going to get a definative answer here. Looks girl, but who knows. I wouldn't go off the deep end buying pink just yet. Best of luck.

It looks like a girl to me....but it IS hard to tell. There's not the good hamburger bun(girl) willy showing(boy) to go by so it is about an 80% in favor of girl guess. I'd consider it pink and leave all the tags and reciepts on everything and buy 1 blue outfit "just in case"....but I really think it's probably pink....

It is a boy, because of the bump there, I am 99% having a girl and my U/S didn't look like that from the side front or back! I would not count on a girl!

While the protrusion would make most people say boy...if you google ultrasound gender pics, you'll see that most girls have that large protrusion that your child has...those are actually her labia. Think what a large swollen penis that would be! My son's penis at 16 weeks was very obviously phallic...it was skinny and stuck out and had a little mushroom head and everything. So unless that's a scrotum and he's hiding his penis, I'd say girl.

i'm not sure concerning to the three dots we've been advised they might see 3 traces and which potential that's a woman. that's not basic to have the potential to declare what that's cos we at the instant are not experienced in recognising those issues i assume we purely might desire to take their be conscious for it regrettably. hopefully in case you have yet another ultrasound they are going to have a clearer photograph. all the best.

i would think a boy.... but the doc doing the ultrasound could be right, just because they look at these things all day. And remember that all babies don't develop as fast, so you just might have a smaller baby that makes it hard to tell the sex.
