well the scooter i will be using is not like the razor kick scooters. because it is bigger and it has hand brakes.
if i would be able to make a gas scooter out of this can u tell me the parts i would need and maybe some tips on making it

Go to a place that sells them.
Look at how the engine and drive mechanisms are hooked up.
Do you really want to waste your time and money on something that might not even work?
If you're still determined, take pictures of the gas powered ones.
Weld some mounting brackets on yours to accommodate a chain saw engine.
The place that sells the scooters (go-peds) will be able get you any parts you require (like the drive wheel).

Yep, it relatively is a chinese language scooter. Sorry even with the reality that it is not likely actual certainly rather well worth the value of attempting to repair. in case you will purchase a chinese language scooter, purchase a QianJian, Zongshen or Lifan.
