why are a small amount of people left handed and everyone else is right handed, how is that?

just want to know y are some people write with the left hand and every one else is right,

left handed people are not in the minority any more. i worked in a small company with 20 employees. 11 of us were left handed. me and my husband are both left handed. which is good because the mouse lives on the left side of the computer. . .... it is still a right handed world. take look at things like a bread knife. the edge is on the wrong side of the knife. the wire on an iron? scissors? its a right hand world definitely

Because the way we are is controlled by our genes and these can change when being passed from parents to children so there are variations, height, face shape, intelligence etc and one variation is which side of the brain is dominant which in turn decides if you left handed, right handed or ambidextrous .
I would give my right arm to be ambidextrous

People are brought up to be right handed, some people just chose to be individual and stand out!

If there wasn't some deviance in the species, our overall family trees would never fork. We are all aware of the problems with interbreeding; thus the need for an average deviation, such as you mention, hetro/homosexuality, etc.

i heard that in ancient times it was 50 50... i think people lean more toward the right these days because being left handed can bring alottttttttttt of problems... bi polar disorder, add, dyslexia, autism, schizophrenia, learning disorders.. it is known at the devils hand
