Last season or not, name brands and stuff aren't really in anymore. As long as you look cute then you should be fine!! Go to Walmart, Target, Forever 21, Old Navy, and find some sale racks in some of the local stores. I know Aeropostale always has them. I never really cared what i wore in high school as long as i looked cute. I was popular and nobody really minded if you had on Walmart skirts and cute baby tee's. Do what's best for you. And do what you can afford. Trust me after high school... you are who you are, and nobody can change that but you!!!

Forever 21 always has the "in" clothes for really cheap! Definitely definitely check there. Aeropostale also is pretty cheap, and they usually have coupons, as does American Eagle. Sign up for their e-mail or mailing lists and you usually get 15 to 30% off every month or so. And previously mentioned, outlet malls and Old Navy.

I find that stores in the mall have stuff on clearance that's less than outlet stores but there's less to choose from. Things usually get marked down on Tuesdays. You can also try stores like Ross.

wetseal & forever 21 have really cheap clothes. plus wetseal has this discount card that saves u alot of money if ur a frequent buyer.

i would try old navy and mabe american eagle!! they have really cute stuff and doesnt cost that much
