internship resumes?

how long does it take for a company to notify a person (after the person sends a resume) of whether they received the internship or not?

by now.. most internship have strated already...
usually it takes a company anywhere from a day to couple of weeks.

If the person wasn't called within a couple weeks for an interview, then they probably aren't going to get the internship. You don't just send in a resume, then the next step is getting the internship.
