Whats the best multi-vitamin for a guy in his 20's?

There is no medical data to suggest that any one multi-vitamin or brand is better than another. I recommend that my patients take the least expensive multi-vitamin that they can find.

Any multivitamin with lycopene is good for a guy however to choose the right brand the test is to dissolve the tablet in water or see how long it takes or even if it does dissolve, some dont. If it dissolves within a reasonable time say half hour or so and its pretty much broken up maybe a few little chunks here and there it's a good quality vitamin. You do get what you pay for . But just a regular men's multivitamin with lycopene would be a good thing to supplement your diet with.

Taking multivitamins simply provide you with the suggested daily dose of all the vitamins your body doesn't produce enough of, or doesn't produce at all.

Over a few weeks of dedicated use you will notice healthier skin, hair, a boost in overall energy usually, etc.

Since starting multivitamins I look much healthier, I have a lot more energy, I stay focused, my night vision has improved a great deal, and I just feel a lot better.

Be sure to couple this with a healthy diet and a reasonable work out and you will be set.

GNC has a good all around multi-vitamin with minerals for guys and gals. GNC is a good, reliable company and you will get what they say is in the pill.

The benefits of taking them is if you are on the go a lot and don't always get well-balanced meals. It will take up the slack there.
