well what you could to is find pants/jeans that fit you waist wise. and then have someone cut the length. or if you are short and skinny more kids are short and skinny to so you could buy there pants/jeans

Try Kohl's. I'm a tall skinny adult, and I think they might have outfits for the small skinny adults.

the same place Carlton (from Fresh Prince...) buys his clothes, in the Barbie and Ken aisle. lol sorry, just kidding. maybe the Jr's department or the children's. and maybe there is a store for you at the mall or something. Try eBay too. good luck! :^)
