Depends on what I do and where I am working at the time

If it is a big project and I get it done then I get praise sometimes but for the most part I don't get praised

No i am not sure if i like being praised,because i don't believe it .I am not bothered most of the time if i don't get some word of appreciation.But yeah

Praise is good, but not too bothered, except lack of it from people who expect lashings of praise when they do well.

I liked to get praised, it makes what you were just doing worth it to know other people are happy with it.

I used to like to get praise...
But I have learnt that praise rarely comes so now i don't expect it and suppose, aren't bothered.

At the end of a hard week it doesn't cost anything for the manager to come around to us all individually and thank us for our hard work, also if a customer thanks us for helping them or demoing a machine to them that means a lot to, so yes praise is good it makes me work all that much harder and raises my spirits to.

I'd loved to be told that what i did was good/great, who doesn't?
i always try and put my best in what i do and a little appreciation would really make me feel good about myself.
it also encourages people to keep on going the good work and creates positive environment.
but i don't always look for it, i would rather have someone telling me from their heart then just saying it for the sake of it.
don't expect it because if they don't say it, you may feel that it wasn't good enough but it could be that they forgot to mention it.
