Practice! Practice! Practice! Its true when they say practice makes perfect. Youve got to read and study into things. Break it down and see how it works. Learn your weaknesses. Learn how to build them up. Take it step by step and dont put it all on yourself to change all at once.

Practice. This may seem obvious, but the point is you learn by doing, and no amount of theory or studying can substitute for actually doing the thing. Also, don't forget not to let early efforts discourage you. You will improve. More so, if you practice a lot. No one wishes themself better, without work. And few start out perfect at doing anything.
Also, observe the way it is done well, by watching people do it, OR looking at the finished product of what they do.

I don't know about "stuff". If there is something you are interested in, learn as much as you can and then do it until you can do it well. Mental and physical application have always worked for me. Blessings on you.

Stuff? Like stuffing you put in a Thanksgiving turkey? Or cotton stuffing you put in your ears? Are you saying you want to excel at stopping or stuffing things up?

Keep trying, practice makes you perfect, "IF" you have your mind and heart set on it, I am sure you will make it.
