I was wondering, I am contemplating moving into a 500 sq foot studio... Is that livable?? or will I go crazy!!

It has a nice separate kitchen, with an island, and I could def do some things with it, but I dont know if I can do it, as I like to be able to move around you know???

It is livable if you don't own stuff or entertain. You might have to go outside to move around much. I lived in them even married but we didn't own much. It will hold a full sized bed, dresser, couch and coffee table and maybe a tiny table and 2 chairs but if you eat at the coffee table or at the island it is very doable for a year or two.

500 sq ft is average space of studio, def liveable. hopefull uit will be just you otherwise it might be a bit cramped. but seems spacious enough to fit a bed 2 couched (sections in a "T") and other items. i lived a studio that size and iw as quite comfy until my bf moved in, then we had to go somewhere bigger.

I lived in a studio in NYC. It's fine if you are neat. If you are a slob, don't do it. You will go insane. It's critical you pick up after yourself and make your bed, etc , and you will find it to be very liveable. I had a cleaning lady come 1x a month to do all the things I didn't like to do (shower, toilet, floors, etc). If you can afford it, it's worth it.

are you going to be the only one living in it? if so you should be fine unless you're a hermit crab then it might get a little crazy being in such a small place for so long

Don't do it unless you're not home alot! You'll feel confined and probably have no idea how much 'stuff' you already accumulated.
