Why are those that parrot the "fair and balanced" slogan afraid of the Fairness Doctrine?

hmm maybe becaue there is nothing fair or balanced about it. It doesn't address liberal dominated TV news or print news. But it does address conservative talk radio that is dominated by conservative views because every liberal station that has tried fails. If you make talk radio take liberal programs in that act of fairness then you need to do the same to TV news and Print.

Because then they would have to stand by and face an honest, factual rebuttal to their propagandist broadcasts that they present as news.
